bs33 Terms & Conditions

Introduction

This document forms a legal agreement between the bs33 platform ("we", "platform") and the user ("you", "member"). By using the bs33 website, mobile version, or any related service, you are considered to have agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

bs33 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Amended terms will take effect from the moment they are published on the platform. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly.

Important: This platform is for persons aged 21 and above only. Opening an account for minors is strictly prohibited.

1. Account Registration & Eligibility

1.1 Age & Identity Verification

To open an account with bs33, you must be 21 years of age or older. All information provided during registration must be truthful, complete, and up to date. bs33 may at any time request a government-issued ID or other documents for identity verification.

1.2 Single Account Policy

Each person may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts for the same person is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all accounts may be closed and any funds held may be forfeited.

1.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. Using a third party's account or renting out your account is prohibited.

1.4 Updating Information

If your personal details change, you must update them on the platform promptly or inform the support team. bs33 will not be responsible for any payment delays or failures caused by incorrect information.

2. Deposits & Withdrawals

2.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bs33 currently supports the following payment methods:

bKash — Mobile Financial Service
Nagad — Mobile Financial Service
Rocket — Mobile Financial Service
Upay — Mobile Financial Service
Bank Transfer — Via major Bangladeshi banks (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank)

2.2 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Transactions below these amounts will not be accepted.

2.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes of a successful request. Additional verification may extend this time.

2.4 Third-Party Payments

Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used to deposit into your account. Deposits or withdrawals via third-party accounts are prohibited and such transactions may be cancelled.

3. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

3.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example:

Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳2,000 → Total ৳3,000
Deposit ৳10,000 or more → Bonus ৳8,000 (maximum cap) → Total ৳18,000

3.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x — applied to the bonus amount only. For example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳50,000 must be wagered to withdraw bonus winnings.

Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been completed.

3.3 Bonus Abuse

If bs33 finds any evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation, it reserves the right to immediately cancel the bonus and suspend the account. Wagering progress may be voided if betting patterns are not normal.

3.4 Other Promotional Offers

From time to time, bs33 may provide additional promotional offers. Each offer will have its own terms and conditions, which will be stated alongside the offer.

4. VIP Program & Cashback

bs33's VIP program has five tiers. The maximum weekly cashback rate is set for each tier:

Bronze — Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
Silver — Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
Gold — Up to 0.7% weekly cashback
Platinum — Up to 1.0% weekly cashback
Diamond — Up to 1.2% weekly cashback

It is possible to advance to a higher tier through regular and active participation. Cashback is credited to the account on a set day each week. Detailed cashback terms apply and bs33 may modify the VIP program at any time.

5. Gameplay & Fair Play Policy

5.1 Fair Play Commitment

bs33 is committed to ensuring fair play. All games are operated using technology verified by third parties. Any user found cheating, exploiting software errors, or using unauthorized automated tools will face action.

5.2 Bets & Game Decisions

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. If a game remains incomplete due to a technical issue, bs33 reserves the right to void the relevant bet and return the full stake.

5.3 System Errors

Incorrect prices or results displayed due to server issues or software errors are not valid. In such situations, bs33 reserves the right to cancel transactions and apply the correct outcome.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bs33 platform:

Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds
Creating multiple accounts to repeatedly claim bonuses
Using unauthorized bots, scripts, or automated software
Unauthorized access to another member's account
Probing or exploiting security vulnerabilities of the platform
Deliberate payment fraud or chargeback claims
Harassing or demeaning other users
Operating an account under a false identity

Involvement in any of the above prohibited activities will result in immediate account closure, and associated funds may be forfeited.

7. Intellectual Property & Content

All content on the bs33 website — logos, graphics, text, software, trademarks — is the intellectual property of bs33. No part of this content may be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Game content belongs to the intellectual property of the respective game developers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, Ezugi, and others) and their respective terms apply.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

For information on how your personal data is collected, stored, and used, please see bs33's Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these terms, you are also agreeing to the Privacy Policy.

bs33 uses SSL encryption technology to keep all your information and financial transactions secure. However, no platform can guarantee 100% security over the internet; you are also responsible for the security of your own device and connection.

9. Responsible Gaming

bs33 believes in responsible gaming. We encourage members to play within their means. If you feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your life or your family's life, please reach out for support.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 By bs33

In the event of any breach of terms, bs33 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice. Funds held in the account may be temporarily frozen during an investigation.

10.2 By the Member

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. All pending withdrawals and wagering must be completed before the account is closed.

11. Limitation of Liability

bs33 bears no liability in the following cases:

Loss caused by a fault in your network connection or device
Loss resulting from sharing your account credentials with others
Delayed transactions due to disruptions in third-party services
Financial loss arising from your own betting or gaming decisions
Service disruptions due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, or government restrictions

At maximum, bs33's liability will never exceed the amount of funds present in your account at that time.

12. Policy on Changes to Terms

bs33 may change these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will endeavour to give as much advance notice as possible — via email or platform notifications. Continuing to use the platform after updated terms are published will be taken as your automatic agreement to the new terms.

For this reason, it is advisable to make a habit of re-reading the terms and conditions page before each transaction.

13. Language & Interpretation

The Bengali version of these terms and conditions is the authoritative text. If a translation into another language becomes available in the future and any discrepancy arises with the Bengali version, the Bengali version will take precedence. In the event of any dispute over the interpretation of a clause, bs33's interpretation will be considered final.
